Il Doo (Jung Woong In) and Ho Cheol (Sung Ji Roo) are inseparable, though not by choice. Call it karma or fate, they share a long history that spans fifteen years, starting from high school to military service, and now here in the beautiful town of Youngduk where Ho Cheol works as a reckless taxi driver and Il Doo as a traffic cop. Both carry a deep resentment towards each other: Ho Cheol for having lost his first love to Il Doo when they were attending high school and Il Doo for undergoing a life in hell during his time in the military service thanks to his senior officer Ho Cheol who saw the opportunity as perfect payback time.
